We lacked the resources to conduct usability testing with real users, and the tight project timeline was closely tied to revenue, leaving little room for extensive research.
To address this, I initiated internal usability testing by involving colleagues, leveraging Jakob Nielsen’s research that testing with just five users can uncover nearly 80% of usability issues. Based on their feedback, I rapidly developed wireframes and prototypes, iterating the design to enhance usability within our constraints.
